At Prexalonghefryon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your eyewear purchase. If you're not happy with your glasses for any reason, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Return Window

You may return your eyewear within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition with all packaging, cases, and accessories included.

Eligible for Return

The following items are eligible for return to prexalonghefryon:

  • Unworn frames in original condition
  • Products with manufacturing defects
  • Items that were shipped incorrectly
  • Products damaged during shipping

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Eyewear that has been worn or shows signs of use
  • Custom prescription lenses that were made to your specifications
  • Products without original packaging or accessories
  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidents
  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable

How to Return

To initiate a return with prexalonghefryon:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to the address provided
  6. Receive confirmation once your return is processed

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned eyewear, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your eyewear for a different style or size, contact prexalonghefryon within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange for the exchange at no additional cost, subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged eyewear from prexalonghefryon, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs. Please provide photos of the defect or damage to expedite the process.

Prescription Lens Issues

If your prescription lenses are not correct, please contact us within 30 days. We will verify the prescription with your eye care provider and remake the lenses at no charge if the error was ours. If the prescription provided was incorrect, remake fees may apply.

Warranty Coverage

All Prexalonghefryon eyewear includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear, accidents, or misuse.
